Vintage 18ct Yellow Gold Ruby And Diamond Ring By the 1930's Rodd wasPetite and pretty little vintage circa 1940s or thereabouts 18ct gold slim band, quite possibly retailed originally as an eternity band. Crafted from 18ct yellow gold and 18ct white gold for the diamond and ruby settings and set in alternating style with three tiny round brilliant cut diamonds and two Marquise cut Rubies which may or may not be natural, we have priced this one as synthetic rubies simply because our gemologist has not tested them.
