The anejo claro--launched to celebrate our 70th anniversary--is an anejo tequila that has aged in oak for at least 18 months but then undergoes a filtration process that removes the color and 'oakiness' that comes from that aging

The wine is aged for about 16 months in French oak barrels and bottled without filtration

His cru is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon

and touches of herbs and eucalyptus

Maceration time: 30 to 40 days
